Your role would involve:

Assisting clients from query to conversion

Helping customers with styling, sizing, customisations & outfit recommendations

Managing WhatsApp, Instagram & website inquiries

Ensuring smooth order coordination and lead-time communication

Handling grievances with sensitivity and professionalism

Supporting after-sales interactions and building long-term client relationships

Turning conversations into meaningful brand experiences

We are looking for someone who:

Communicates beautifully in English & Hindi

Understands fashion, luxury service & customer psychology

Is proactive, calm under pressure, and extremely organised

Loves speaking to people and solving problems

Can make clients feel heard, valued, and taken care of

Thinks beyond support and focuses on experience
