Summary: We are looking for a passionate Customer Support Representative (TSR). In this role, you will be responsible for managing backend office work (Overseas Companies)

To ensure success as an insurance customer service representative, you should have a friendly and professional demeanour, good communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Ultimately, a top-class insurance customer sales representative is friendly and efficient when handling complaints or providing policy information.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large books of business for commercial lines and personal lines insurance clients
• Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement
• Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
• Work in a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks
• Lead day-to-day customer interactions
• Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions
• Learning and understanding company insurance products

Requirements:

• 1.Hands-on experience with MS-Office.

Location and Shift Timings:

1. In-Office Job: Penta IT Solutions,Nexa Tower, F-338, Sector 74-A, Industrial Area, Sector 74, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160055
2. Night Shift: From 6:30 PM - 2:30 PM

SALARY AND PERKS

1. Salary: Anywhere between 18,000 to 25,000 per Month.
