- Handle vendor queries via calls & emails
- Support vendor registration on the procurement portal
- Conduct & coordinate vendor training sessions
- Manage training schedules, participation & documentation
- Maintain reports and resolve portal-related issues

- Problem-solving & multitasking ability
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in helpdesk/vendor support/training
