Role Overview

  • Handle vendor queries via calls & emails
  • Support vendor registration on the procurement portal
  • Conduct & coordinate vendor training sessions
  • Manage training schedules, participation & documentation
  • Maintain reports and resolve portal-related issues

Skills Required

  • Strong communication (verbal & written)
  • Problem-solving & multitasking ability
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in helpdesk/vendor support/training
