Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain strong customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Positive and patient attitude
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
Salary & Benefits
- CTC Range: 26,000 38,000 per month
- Additional night shift allowance (40/hour extra)
- Free meals during shifts
- Cab facility provided
- Accommodation provided for 5 days upon relocation
