Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative supports healthcare providers by answering calls, emails, and voicemails, and resolving questions related to benefits, eligibility, authorizations, and claims. The role focuses on delivering accurate, professional, and courteous service while following company guidelines.
Key Duties:
- Handle inbound/outbound provider communications
- Research and resolve issues using multiple systems
- Escalate and follow up on unresolved inquiries
- Maintain professionalism with all customers and coworkers
- Meet quality and performance standards
- Attend required training sessions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1824 months of call center experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Medicare or claims is a plus
- Flexible scheduling availability
Work Environment:
Office-based role with moderate workload and deadlines.
