Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Mumbai. The role involves delivering exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries promptly, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to calls and messages, resolving concerns, providing detailed information about services, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
CTC - 3,03,600 (Non-Negotiable)
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Familiarity with Customer Experience processes and the ability to enhance customer interactions
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address customer concerns effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in an on-site team environment
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry is a plus
