Role: Process Executive Non-Voice

Location: Nagpur (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

What Youll Work On:

• Written communication (Email / Chat support)
• Banking & BFSI backend processes
• Credit reports & financial data handling
• Basics of Credit Score & Credit Bureau (CIBIL, Experian, etc.)
• Credit Reporting Agencies & data verification

Who Can Apply?

Freshers (Graduates Only B.COM)

Good written communication skills

Basic knowledge of banking / BFSI concepts

Interest in credit bureau, credit score & financial processes

Comfortable with night shifts
