Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical tasks.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical implementations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with data pipeline development and optimization within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data processing.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions using modern development practices.
- Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and analytics workflows.
- Competence in troubleshooting and performance tuning of data applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
