Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks, proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with task execution to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and process optimization.
- Experience in coordinating resources and technologies to support product delivery.
- Ability to analyze operational workflows and implement improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide practical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
