We're looking for a Visual Designer who doesn't just make graphics - but shapes how a brand looks, feels, and behaves across every surface.

What you'll create:

Complete visual systems - color, type, grid, illustration

Brand identities for Web2 & Web3 startups

Landing pages, marketing sites & art-directed UI

Campaign visuals, mood boards & art direction

Motion systems and animated brand assets

Investor decks and launch creatives

You're the right fit if you:

Have 2-5 years of visual / brand design experience

Have a portfolio showing full brand worlds (not just one-off assets)

Are fluent in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop

Have rock-solid fundamentals in typography, color & composition

Can think in visual systems not just individual designs

Use AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly) as creative collaborators

Can articulate the "why" behind every design choice

Are curious about Web3, blockchain, tech

Are based in Ahmedabad or Rajkot, Gujarat
