CTC Range:810 LPA (based on experience)
Role Overview
A performance-driven role responsible for building and scaling high-converting creatives across digital platforms. You will own end-to-end creative strategyfrom ideation to testingwith a strong focus on driving revenue through improved CTR, CAC, and creative performance.

In todays market, creative is the biggest growth lever.
The difference between a 50 CAC and 500 CAC is not media buying.
It is:
The hook
The angle
The storytelling
The speed of testing
We believe 80% of performance comes from creative, not targeting.
This is not a design role.
This is a revenue-driving role.
What you own (end-to-end)
You are not supporting creative.
You own the entire creative engine:
Ad creatives across Meta, Google, YouTube, & Marketplaces
Hooks, angles, scripts, and messaging
Creative testing and iteration systems
Creative performance and output velocity
You are responsible for turning ideas into revenue.
KPIs you own
You will be directly accountable for:
CTR (Click Through Rate)
Hook Rate / Thumb Stop Rate
CAC improvement driven by creatives
Creative Win Rate (% of creatives that scale)
Cost per Winning Creative
Creative Fatigue Rate
Your success is measured by performance, not aesthetics.
What you will actually do
1. Turn insights into high-converting ideas
Deeply understand product, customer, and market
Identify winning angles, objections, and triggers
Write hooks, scripts, and concepts before execution
2. Build high-performing creatives
You will lead the creation of:
Paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube)
Short-form video (Reels, Shorts)
Static ads and UGC-style content
Landing page creatives
Everything you produce should be scroll-stopping and conversion-focused.
3. Build and run a creative testing engine
Ship high volumes of creative variations every week
Test hooks, formats, messaging, and visuals
Identify winners and scale them fast
Kill underperformers quickly
This is a system, not one-off campaigns.
4. Think performance-first (not just aesthetics)
Analyse CTR, hook rate, conversions, and drop-offs
Use data to guide decisions, not opinions
Continuously iterate and improve creatives
5. Collaborate to move fast
Work with performance marketing for campaign alignment
Work with founders/brand team for positioning
Work with designers and editors for execution
Speed matters. Clarity matters more.
6. Scale without breaking the brand
Maintain consistency across channels
Ensure performance does not dilute brand identity
Build a recognisable creative system
Expected output (important)
Launch 1530+ creatives per week
Run continuous testing cycles (weekly/daily)
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
This is a high-velocity role.
A typical day in this role
Analyse yesterdays ad performance
Identify winning and losing creatives
Write 510 new hooks or angles
Brief designers/editors
Review creatives before launch
Launch new test batches
Iterate based on early signals
What We're Looking For
46 years in performance creative / content / creative strategy
Strong portfolio of:
Paid ads (must)
Social content
Performance-driven creatives
Deep understanding of:
Consumer psychology
Attention economy
Social media behaviour
You think in ideas first, execution second.
Tools & capabilities
Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Video tools (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent)
Platform understanding (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
Analytics tools for creative performance
Good to have (but valuable):
AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
Familiarity with ad libraries and competitor analysis
Basic understanding of landing pages and funnels

You identify repeatable winning creative patterns
