About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong sense of design aesthetics, and the ability to create impactful creatives across digital platforms, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to develop visually engaging campaigns that resonate with audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Produce innovative visual ideas for advertising campaigns across digital media.
  • Collaborate with content, strategy, and business teams on creative suggestions for campaigns and pitches, while assisting in selecting and refining creative ideas.
  • Create storyboards, mockups, and rough layouts to effectively communicate concepts to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute ideas aligned with brand strategies.
  • Develop visually engaging layouts, illustrations, and design systems tailored for different audiences and platforms.
  • Adapt and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, platform best practices, tools, and processes in the visual design field.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Assist in creating pitch decks, campaign mockups, and presentation creatives when required.


Requirements:

  • 24+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital and mainline agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work across digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual communication.
  • Experience collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Ability to adapt design styles across different industries, brands, and target audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
  • Must possess high-quality conceptual work with award-level standards.
