Role Overview

Were looking for a strategic and concept-driven Creative Director (Copy) to lead the development of compelling, brand-defining ideas across multiple channels. This role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, guiding copywriters and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and development of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential channels
• Set the creative vision and tone of voice for brand communications
• Mentor and manage copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
• Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and marketing teams
• Translate business objectives into clear, engaging, and effective creative concepts
• Present ideas and campaigns to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence
• Ensure consistency and quality across all written content
• Stay ahead of industry trends, cultural moments, and emerging platforms
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

Qualifications

• 812+ years of experience in copywriting, with significant experience in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven campaigns and storytelling across channels
• Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging frameworks
• Experience working in agency or in-house creative environments
• Ability to balance creative ambition with strategic thinking and business goals
