Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative: Develop a range of static and digital creatives, including posters, social media visuals, thumbnails, and key brand assets.
Video Production: Edit raw footage into polished video content, creating everything from social media shorts to long-form campaign videos.
Visualizing & Storyboarding: Collaborate with creative and content teams to brainstorm ideas, storyboard concepts, and bring visual narratives to life.
Motion Graphics & Effects: Enhance our storytelling by designing and implementing motion graphics, visual effects, and animations.
Post-Production: Apply your skills in colour correction, grading, and audio mixing to ensure a professional and high-quality finish on all video projects.
Innovation & Trends: Stay inspired by the latest video trends, AI tools, and editing techniques, using them to translate creative briefs into fresh visual concepts.

Skills & Qualifications

Graphic Design Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator) to create high-impact static and digital assets.
Video Editing & Motion Design: Strong skills in creating engaging, social-first videos, with a good sense for visual rhythm and pacing.
AI-Native Creation: Experience with GenAI tools for video, motion, and imagery, with an interest in exploring their creative potential.
Visual Storytelling: A passion for conceptual thinking and storyboarding to build narratives that connect with audiences across both static and video formats.
Project Management: The ability to organize and manage creative projects effectively, adapting to evolving ideas and feedback in a dynamic environment.
