Creative Controller - Copy

We're looking for a Creative Controller Copy to join our team. If your mindset matches your skillset, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will lead copy across key campaigns. You will oversee a team of writers while collaborating with the strategy and business team to shape clutter-breaking narratives and ideas for all our brands.

What will you do

• Taking ownership for all copy deliverables.
• Actively mentoring junior writers.
• Creating original and compelling ideas for all Sunny Side Up brands.
• Working closely with strategy and business teams; ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
• Taking the lead during client pitches and internal reviews.

What's expected from you

• Has 6-7 years of relevant experience in a creative and/or digital agency.
• Has a strong command over ideas, craft and storytelling.
• Can manage a team and timelines across multiple projects with ease.
• Has excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend ideas clearly
• Is a team player who brings positivity, clarity, and consistency to the table.
• Takes ownership and leads with both intent and empathy
• Is willing to dive into execution when needed, and just as ready to guide others forward.
