Role Description

We are looking to hire aCorporate Associate (3+ years PQE)to join our growing corporate practice in New Delhi.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of high-value domestic and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus onM&A, private equity investments, corporate structuring, and due diligence exercises across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring matters
• Conducting legal due diligence reviews and preparing red flag / detailed due diligence reports
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents including:
• Share Purchase Agreements
• Share Subscription Agreements
• Shareholders Agreements
• Business Transfer Agreements
• Asset Purchase Agreements
• Ancillary transaction documents
• Assisting with transaction structuring and regulatory analysis
• Coordinating with clients, counterparties, and external advisors during transaction execution
• Supporting general corporate advisory mandates, including Companies Act and governance-related matters

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-qualification experiencein corporate law, M&A transactions, and due diligence work
• Prior experience at a law firm with a strong corporate practice preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and transaction management skills
• Ability to independently manage workstreams while working collaboratively within a team
• Strong academic credentials and attention to detail

Educational Qualifications

Applicants must have a strong academic background from a reputed law school.
