We are seeking passionate professionals, coaches, counsellors, educators, psychologists, mentors, trainers, and well-being practitioners who would like to partner with us as Co-Promoters and contribute to building a meaningful coaching and counselling ecosystem.

The ideal partner should possess experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Sleep, Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching
• Relationship & Family Counselling
• Leadership & Executive Coaching

Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Counselling

• Deliver one-on-one coaching and counselling sessions.
• Support clients through structured development journeys.
• Contribute expertise in your area of specialization.

Business Development & Promotion

• Promote UpliftMitra services through personal and professional networks.
• Build awareness through social media and community engagement.
• Generate and nurture prospective client relationships.
• Participate in webinars, workshops, and awareness programs.

Community Building

• Help create a supportive ecosystem of coaches, counsellors, and mentors.
• Share knowledge, insights, and best practices.
• Contribute to content creation and thought leadership initiatives.

Desired Profile

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience (preferred).
• Coaching, counselling, teaching, HR, psychology, training, mentoring, healthcare, education, or related background.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping people improve their lives and well-being.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to contribute to business growth.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
