Controls Engineer (PLC)
Experience: 2 8 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechatronics Preferred)
Industry: Machine Tools / Automation
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement PLC and CNC programs for industrial machinery.
Develop and optimize NC programs for laser and bending machines.
Perform testing, debugging, and simulation of PLC/NC programs to ensure smooth machine operations.
Modify and improve existing PLC programs to enhance machine performance, productivity, and efficiency.
Understand and analyze control specifications, product requirements, and communication architecture.
Interpret electrical drawings and perform troubleshooting for machine control systems.
Understand and work with pneumatic and hydraulic circuits used in machinery.
Collaborate with engineering teams for machine integration, programming, and process improvements.
Support machine commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience in PLC Programming and CNC programming.
Experience in machine tool industry or industrial automation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of mechanical drive systems.
Experience in CodeSys V3.5 programming is preferred.
