Hiring: Contract cum Billing Manager for Industrial City Development

We have an immediate requirement for the position of Contract cum Billing Manager (Full Time) for the Kopparthy Industrial Area (KIA) project in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Project Details:

• Client/Authority: APICDC / NKICDL (Govt. of Andhra Pradesh)
• Project Name: Programme Manager for New Cities (PMNC) Infrastructure Development of Kopparthy Industrial Area (KIA)
• Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (under VCIC)

Scope of Work (Contract & Billing Role):

• Contract formulation, contract administration and commercial management
• Billing certification, invoice verification, measurement review and BOQ validation
• Cost control, budget monitoring and cash flow management
• Handling variations, claims, change orders and dispute management
• Procurement coordination and support in contract/commercial matters
• Coordination with contractors, consultants and client for contract compliance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering / Contract Management or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Large Industrial Areas, Road with corridors, Airports, Smart cities projects with strong understanding of contract management.
• Minimum 10 years in procurement and contract/commercial management for PPP and non-PPP projects
• Should have worked in similar capacity for at least 2 projects in the last 10 years
