Consultant-Pharma Forecasting

Purpose of Role

You will be involved in strategic projects focused primarily on forecasting, consulting through advanced data analysis, solution design, team coordination, and client relationship management, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to quality standards with minimal direction.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Lead endtoend planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Perform advanced data and analogue analysis to generate insights and develop actionable, clientready recommendations.
• Build, redesign, and enhance forecasting models from scratch, including patient flow and baseline trending modules.
• Design and implement customized tools, frameworks, and solutions while ensuring rigorous quality assurance across deliverables.
• Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor, mentor and guide analysts, contribute to knowledge sharing, business development, and organizational initiatives.

Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with high attention to detail; 3+ years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in forecasting.
• Experience in pharma forecasting, market share analysis, epidemiology, desk research, and competitive landscape analysis preferred.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic VBA knowledge is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Power BI, Python, and pharma databases such as IQVIA MIDAS, Channel Dynamics, or similar tools preferred.
• Familiarity with the EU market, particularly Germany, is highly desirable.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Master in Life Science (including Pharma) / MBA
