Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Construction Sales role based in Serilingampalli. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The selected candidate will also provide exceptional customer service, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on market trends. Effective coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
Proven Sales experience, with the ability to present, negotiate, and close deals successfully
Experience in Sales Management, including training and mentoring team members
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in understanding construction industry trends and practices is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
