Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi, India, for a Computer Operator at A.B. Enterprises. The Computer Operator will handle daily computer operation tasks, ensure accurate data entry, maintain systems' functionality, and support various back-office operations. Responsibilities also include monitoring system operations, basic troubleshooting, and ensuring data accuracy within assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Overseeing the complete daily billing cycle for outbound pharmaceutical and diagnostic inventory.
• Preparing, processing, and maintaining Credit Notes and Debit Notes with high accuracy.
• Generating and monitoring GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) for all incoming stock efficiently.
• Handling extensive data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation using Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Working proficiently in SAP to maintain accurate, real-time logistics data updates.

Requirements:

• 12 years of hands-on experience as a Computer Operator or Billing Executive.
• Strong practical knowledge of SAP and Advanced Excel is mandatory.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work quickly without compromising precision.
