Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager who can build and scale a high-energy community across online and offline channels.

This is not a passive role. It requires someone who can create momentum, drive participation, and make the community feel alive every single day. From AMAs to city meetups - you will own the end-to-end community experience

The charter for this role will include:

• Owning the end-to-end community lifecycle - engagement, retention, and growth.
• Designing and executing high-quality online + offline events (AMAs, webinars, challenges, meetups, city-level activations).
• Building repeatable engagement rituals that drive consistent participation.
• Acting as the face of the community - visible, responsive, and high-energy.
• Managing community platforms (Discord, WhatsApp, etc.) and ensuring a high-trust, high-signal environment.
• Building and scaling a network of ambassadors and power users.
• Driving engagement growth through experiments, not guesswork.
• Tracking community metrics and user behavior, and improving what matters.
• Working closely with Product and Marketing to close the feedback loop from community product/content.
• Owning on-ground execution of events - planning, coordination, and delivery.

Ideal Persona would:

• Brings 24 years of experience in community, events, or engagement-led roles, with clear ownership of outcomes (not just participation)
• Has hands-on experience executing offline and online events end-to-end - from concept to on-ground delivery
• Knows how to create energy and drive participation, not just manage a community
• Has strong execution muscle - can run multiple initiatives in parallel without dropping quality.
• Thinks in terms of levers and outcomes -what drives engagement, what sustains it, and what doesnt.
• Is comfortable being the face of the community and building genuine user relationships.
• Can operate with high autonomy and ambiguity, and still deliver consistently
• Brings structure to chaos - organizes data, feedback, and insights into something usable.
