Job summary:

Were looking for a communication and client etiquette coach to work with a small group (510 members) of our team at Reels and Frames.

This is a consulting engagement focused on helping our team improve how they interact in high-touch, client-facing environments especially in the context of premium weddings.

Scope of Work:

• Client communication & small talk in real-world scenarios
• Giving clear, confident posing directions during shoots
• Conflict resolution & handling sensitive situations
• Inter-team communication and professionalism
• Overall presence, confidence, and etiquette in premium environments

Format:

• Small group sessions (510 people)
• 12 sessions per week
• Practical, scenario-based training preferred (not theoretical)
• Based in Mumbai (in-person preferred)

Ideal Fit:

Someone who has experience in:

• Client-facing training / soft skills coaching
• Hospitality, luxury service, or premium client environments
• Working with creative teams is a plus
