CodeChatura is a 100% market-ready AI-powered Skill-Proof Assessment Platform built for Colleges, Corporates, and HR Agencies across India. We are ChaturaIT Learnings LLP a company of builders, trainers, and educators with a Ph.D.-led founding team based in Hyderabad. The product is live. The market is ready. We need the right partner to unlock Bangalore and the South.

Bangalore is India's tech and startup capital home to the densest concentration of IT companies, HR teams, and talent-hungry corporates in the country. Add to that a thriving university ecosystem and a booming EdTech culture, and you have one of the most powerful markets for what CodeChatura does. We need someone who lives and breathes this ecosystem someone who can own it fully, not just as an employee, but as a Co-Founder. We're not looking for a salesperson. We're looking for a partner who sees what we see.

What You'll Own:

Full ownership of CodeChatura's Sales, Marketing, and Growth strategy for Bangalore and the South Region

Building and managing institutional partnerships with colleges, HR agencies, and corporates

Representing CodeChatura as a founding voice in the Bangalore market

Co-designing the go-to-market playbook alongside the founding team

Scaling a team under you as the region grows

What We're Looking For:

Deep roots in Bangalore's tech, education, corporate, or HR ecosystem

Proven ability to open doors, close deals, and build lasting institutional relationships

A builder's mindset you want to create something, not just execute someone else's plan

Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking

Background in EdTech, HRTech, SaaS sales, or institutional B2B is highly preferred

Full-time commitment your time is your investment, and we take that seriously

The Deal: No monetary investment required your time, network, and hustle are your equity. In return, you get a meaningful Equity Share + Profit Sharing in CodeChatura's growth. You build this region, you own a piece of it.
