Job Description
M.E/M.Tech/B.E./B.Tech. - Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer
Level II Certification in Vibration and/or Lubrication analysis
3+ years of industry experience in Condition Monitoring, including Vibration Analysis and Lubrication/Oil Analysis.
Strong working knowledge of vibration analysis techniques, spectrum interpretation, waveform analysis, and data acquisition systems.
Solid understanding of drivetrain components (gearboxes, generators, bearings) and associated failure modes related to both vibration and lubrication issues.
Knowledge in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), correlating vibration, operational data, and physical evidence.
Knowledge in diagnosing mechanical faults such as imbalance, misalignment, looseness, bearing defects, gear mesh issues, and lubrication-related failures.
Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools.
Experienced in communicating results through clear technical reports and presentations.
