Hiring: CMA Intern (Finance & Compliance) at TatvaOps

TatvaOps is an EROEI Tech Pvt Ltd company building an execution-first, AI-powered platform for project management in the construction and home improvement industry. We believe that financial integrity is the foundation of trust and are looking for a CMA Intern who views accounting as a system to be optimized. This role is for a builder who wants to design intelligence and clarity into our financial workflows.

Role Specifications

• Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Onsite).
• Engagement: Full-Time.
• Duration: 3-6 months.
• Stipend: 15,000 per month.

Core Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Financial Integrity: Maintain core bookkeeping and records to ensure absolute accuracy and "audit-ready" status.
• Invoicing & Reconciliation: Manage the full invoicing cycle and perform rigorous bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Execute end-to-end GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B) and TDS returns.
• Tax Reconciliation: Meticulously reconcile GST and TDS transactions (GSTR-2B vs. Books) to ensure zero leakage.
• Process Engineering: Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identifying opportunities to use AI tools to automate manual workflows.
• Audit & Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports, including P&L and Cash Flow statements, and coordinate documentation for annual statutory filings.

Required Skills & Capabilities

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of GST, TDS, ROC regulations, and Indian accounting standards.
• Software Proficiency: High proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar ERPs, and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Execution Mindset: A structured, methodical approach to validation and checks.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to explain the "why" behind a process, not just the "how".

Preferred Background

• Education: CMA Inter (or B.Com, M.Com, Inter-CS, MBA, BBA).
• Experience: 0-1 years in a CMA/CA Firm or a process-heavy finance environment.
• Culture Fit: Comfortable working in an unstructured, fast-moving environment where ownership is expected.
