As an Executive, Client Servicing, you will lead client accounts, oversee event concepts and delivery, and drive creative solutions for high-impact events. This role seeks an enthusiastic candidate with 1 - 2 years of experience to create engaging brand experiences and deliver strong results.
Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Client Servicing Executive - Events, based in Mumbai. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and acting as a primary point of contact for events. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored experiences, addressing client inquiries promptly, and ensuring successful execution of events that align with the clients vision. The Client Servicing Executive will also handle post-event feedback, maintain lasting client relations, and contribute to business growth through excellent service and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end client portfolios, assisting from ideation to post-event analysis to help achieve high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the planning and execution of corporate events, experiences, and activations.
- Assist in developing creative proposals and pitches that align with client objectives and budgets.
- Build client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Help analyze event performance metrics and gather insights to support strategy improvements.
- Work with design and operations teams to deliver projects within timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and timely deliverables.
- Demonstrate ownership and thrive in fast-paced environments with accountability for assigned project elements.
Qualifications
- 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in client servicing, events, or experiential marketing.
- Strong communication skills, with experience engaging mid-level stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and manage projects with attention to detail and time management
- Creative mindset with examples of event concepts or activations that supported client goals.
- Familiarity with experiential marketing or brand activations.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or a related field preferred
- Experience in the events industry is required.
