About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager Client Servicing to lead and manage key client relationships, specifically within the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling finance brands and demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end client servicing and account management for key accounts (primarily BFSI clients) Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management
Understand client objectives, business goals, and compliance requirements to deliver effective solutions Drive campaign planning and execution in collaboration with internal teams including strategy, content, design and media
Ensure timely delivery of all campaigns/projects while maintaining high quality standards Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services Manage client expectations, address concerns, and handle escalations with professionalism Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements, especially for BFSI campaigns Prepare and present reports, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to clients
Key Requirements
36 years of experience in client servicing / account management within a digital or advertising agency Mandatory experience working with finance / BFSI brands
Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign execution, and reporting Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, especially when working on compliance-heavy categories Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Preferred Skills
Experience handling high-value or compliance-driven accounts
Familiarity with financial products/services communication guidelines Strong coordination and project management abilities
