Client Servicing Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager, located in Gurugram. The role involves managing and fostering client relationships, understanding their business needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and acting as the key point of contact between the agency and clients. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns, providing timely updates, addressing client inquiries, and contributing to the overall client retention strategy.

• Proven expertise in Client Services and Client Relations, including the ability to manage and nurture long-term business partnerships.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with an emphasis on understanding client requirements and exceeding their expectations.
• Exceptional Communication abilities, ensuring clear and professional interactions with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to multi-task, manage timelines, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in digital marketing or performance marketing is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
