Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and communicative Client Servicing Intern who can effectively engage with clients, convert leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling calls and delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers and
• Qualify leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
• Assess customer requirements, verify interest levels, and pass on high-quality leads to the sales team
• Convert prospects into customers through effective tele sales techniques
• Manage day-to-day client communication via calls, messages, and emails
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English and Kannada (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Hindi (preferred)
• Additional language proficiency is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills
