Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and people-oriented individual to support the daily operations of the business while also managing client communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities::
1. Client Communication & Follow-ups
- Call and follow up with participants and clients/potential clients regularly. This will be a key part of the role where daily calls may exceed 200 at times
- Maintain ongoing communication across programs
- Share updates, reminders, and important information
- Build a warm, professional connection with clients
2. Business Operations
- Manage registrations, databases, and internal trackers
- Maintain accurate records of clients and program progress
- Support in day-to-day administrative tasks
Who Were Looking For
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Comfortable with regular calling and follow-ups
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Prior experience in admin, coordination, or client handling preferred

Work Details
- Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai
- Working Days: 6 days with weekends working
