This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Client Services - Event Management position. The role involves managing end-to-end client engagements by planning, coordinating, and executing events. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, providing outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing event budgets and financial aspects. The position also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the flawless execution of events aligned with client goals.

• Strong proficiency in Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Basic understanding of Finance and budget management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience in event planning or similar roles is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
