Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune Division for a Client Services representative. The role involves engaging with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, maintaining accurate financial records relevant to client services, and fostering strong relationships to retain and attract new clients.
We prefer a multilingual person.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills with a focus on building trust and nurturing relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and attention to client needs
- Basic knowledge of Finance for handling client-related transactions and documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in travel and tourism or client-facing roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
