About the Team: -

Team is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and delivering high-quality client reports, portfolio analytics, and investor communications materials. The role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review periodic client reports, investor statements, factsheet and performance summaries. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and client requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to gather portfolio data, performance metrics, and commentary. Reconcile portfolio data across internal systems and third-party administrators. Partner with Investor Relations to address client queries and ad-hoc reporting requests. Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual intervention. Maintain strong controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. Contribute to processing documentation efforts, including the creation and maintenance of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Desired Candidate Profile: -

Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in asset management, private credit or similar environment. Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio/investor reporting, and performance measurement. Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word). The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must. A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure, and with multiple stakeholders.
