Creator Database Management: Build, update, and maintain sheets of high-potential creators and influencers.

Talent Outreach: Direct calling/messaging of creators to discuss potential collaborations.

Brand Coordination: Assist brand managers in tracking deliverables and ensuring campaigns stay on schedule.

Campaign Support: Research potential influencer categories that align with our brand and creator needs.

Client Outreach & Acquisition (On-ground): Visit offline stores, local businesses, and chain outlets to pitch social media management services and generate new clients.

Field Sales & Pitching: Conduct in-person meetings with business owners to present offerings and onboard them for social media services.

• This position is for Curious Studios (the second vertical of Curious Media).
• The role involves extensive on-ground exposure, where a majority of client interactions and meetings will be conducted in-person at cafes, retail outlets, or business locations.
• Candidates should be comfortable with regular field visits, face-to-face pitching, and direct client interaction as a core part of the role.

Communication: Comfortable with professional outreach via phone, in-person meetings, and digital channels.

Organization: High attention to detail for managing complex tracking sheets.

Market Understanding: Basic understanding of social media marketing and local business ecosystem.

Proactivity: Able to manage multiple tasks, field visits, and deadlines simultaneously.
