Responsibilities:

Creator Database Management: Build, update, and maintain structured databases of high-potential creators and influencers.

Talent Outreach: Initiate and manage outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms to onboard creators for collaborations.

Client Acquisition & Outreach: Proactively approach potential brand clients through multiple channels (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, networking) to generate new business opportunities.

Client Servicing & Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for brand partners, ensuring smooth communication, campaign alignment, and long-term relationship building.

Brand Coordination: Support brand managers in tracking deliverables and ensuring campaigns are executed as per timelines.

Campaign Support & Research: Identify relevant influencer categories and trends aligned with campaign objectives.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills for professional outreach (calls, emails, DMs).
• High attention to detail and ability to manage structured tracking sheets.
• Good understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem and influencer marketing landscape.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Location: Noida Sector 63 (500 meters from Noida Electronic City Metro Station)

Stipend: 15,000

Duration: 6 Months
