Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role located in Bengaluru. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring statutory compliance, managing audits, and providing tax planning and advisory services. Additionally, the role includes supporting ERP implementation, offering regulatory and transactional advice, handling virtual CFO tasks, and assisting in strengthening financial processes and control systems. Collaboration with clients to resolve operational and financial challenges will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Accounting Standards, and Audit Procedures
• Keen understanding of Direct and Indirect Taxation, Tax Planning, and Compliance
• Experience in ERP Implementation, Process Improvement, and Financial Control Systems
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Practices including M&A Transactions and Corporate Laws
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Prior experience in a similar role or in providing client-oriented services is advantageous
• Strong proficiency in financial tools, accounting software, and systems will be a plus
