About the Role: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 34 years of post-qualification experience who combines strong financial expertise with a solid understanding of technology and digital finance tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage direct and indirect tax filings, audits, and assessments.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls and risk management processes.

Technology & Process Improvement

• Drive automation initiatives across finance and accounting functions.
• Implement and optimize ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting tools.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve financial systems and workflows.
• Develop dashboards and management reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with leadership teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with operations, HR, and business teams on financial planning and reporting requirements.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 34 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, audit, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing audits and statutory reporting.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho Books, etc.).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with financial reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of automation tools, data analytics, and finance technology solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled finance tools and digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
