Chartered Accountant

To support the finance operations of real estate projectsby handlingday-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, MIS preparation, and coordination, while gaining hands-on exposure to project finance, RERA, and GST under senior supervision.

• Maintain books of accounts for projects and group entities
• Assist in monthly/quarterly closures
• Support revenue recognition workings under guidance
• Reconcile bank, vendor & customer balances

• Prepare and file:
• GSTR-1, GSTR-3B
• ITC reconciliation (2B vs books)
• Track RCM applicability for contractors
• Assist in TDS computation & returns
• Support responses to GST / IT notices

• Assist in monitoring RERA escrow (70% account)
• Prepare withdrawal workings with CA certifications
• Track project-wise collections and utilisation
• Maintain documentation for RERA audits

• Prepare project-wise MIS:
• Cost vs budget
• Cash flow statements
• Receivables aging
• Support management presentations and dashboards

• Verify vendor bills, RA bills, and GST compliance
• Assist in payment processing and tracking advances
• Coordinate with Purchase & Project teams

• Assist statutory, tax & internal audits
• Maintain schedules, confirmations & working papers
• Support ROC & secretarial compliance coordination

• Strong fundamentals in Accounting, GST & Income Tax
• Willingness to learn real estatespecific laws (RERA, JDA)
• Good command over Excel & MIS preparation
• High ownership, discipline & documentation mindset

• CA Fresher / up to 12 years experience
• Articleship exposure in:
• Tax / Audit / Real Estate clients preferred
