We are looking for skilled professionals with strong expertise in EV Charging Systems, HiL Testing, and Triage Engineering.

Key Requirements:

6+ years of hands-on HiL testing experience in an automotive environment

Strong understanding of EV charging architectures: OBC, DC-DC Converter, BMS, CCU, EVSE, Power Electronics

Proficiency in charging communication protocols: IEC 61851, ISO 15118, DIN SPEC 70121, CHAdeMO, GB/T

Hands-on experience with NI VeriStand for real-time model deployment & testing

Experience with Vector EVSE Toolkit for EVSE simulation (ISO 15118 / DIN SPEC 70121)

Strong working knowledge of Vector CANoe / CANalyzer & CAPL scripting

Experience in setting up & maintaining HiL rigs (FIU, I/O interfacing, signal conditioning)

Strong debugging & triaging skills with defect management experience

Experience using Jira for defect tracking in Agile/Scrum environments

Knowledge of EV charging standards: SAE J1772, IEC 62196, UL 2202

Understanding of HV safety & EV electrical architecture (400V / 800V platforms)

Proficient in CAN, LIN, DBC, FIBEX, ARXML & UDS diagnostics
