CCTV Operator / Surveillance Operator

We are looking for a vigilant and responsible CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems, ensure safety, and report any suspicious activities. The role involves continuous observation of camera feeds and maintaining security across the premises.

• Monitor live CCTV camera feeds across all areas of the facility
• Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, or security breaches
• Maintain records of incidents and daily surveillance logs
• Coordinate with security staff and management during emergencies
• Ensure all cameras and recording systems are functioning properly
• Review recorded footage when required for investigations
• Follow company security protocols and procedures

• Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security role
• Basic knowledge of surveillance systems and monitoring software
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to stay alert for long hours
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Basic computer knowledge

• Experience in retail or jewelry showroom surveillance
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures
