7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Career Advisor with strong hardcore sales experience to guide OPT/STEM OPT students and international graduates in their career journey across the USA. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills with the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments and build strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one career counseling and consultation sessions
• Guide candidates on job search strategies, career planning, and market opportunities
• Provide support on OPT/STEM OPT, H1-B sponsorship, and visa-related job search processes
• Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and assist with interview preparation
• Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
• Convert consultations into successful paid enrollments
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and enrollment targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors
• Add new Prime Vendors from the IT Services industry
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sales activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hardcore sales and convincing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong client-handling and negotiation skills
• Capability to add and develop new Prime Vendor relationships
• Good understanding of OPT/STEM OPT and international student career processes
• Ability to work with targets and performance-driven goals
• Confident in lead conversion and vendor coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, career counseling, or the US staffing industry
• Only candidates with experience working with Prime Vendors in IT Services will be preferred
• Prior experience in international student consulting or OPT recruitment is an added advantage
