Role Overview:-


This role sits at the intersection of :-


Business Development

Infrastructure Deployment

Partnerships & Ecosystem Building


You will own end-to-end EV charging rollout across:-


Residential societies (RWA-driven)

Corporate parks & office complexes


Think of this role as:

Mini City CEO for EV Charging Deployment


Key Responsibilities:-



1. Business Development & Deal Closure

  • Identify and close business opportunities in:
  • Gated communities (RWAs)
  • Corporate offices / IT parks
  • Build and maintain relationships with:
  • RWA committees
  • Facility heads / Admin teams
  • ESG / Sustainability teams
  • Drive the complete sales lifecycle:
  • Lead generation Pitching Commercial discussions Closure



2. Charging Infrastructure Deployment

  • Own the deployment of:
  • Private home chargers
  • Community/shared chargers
  • Design deployment models based on:
  • Parking layout
  • Electrical load availability
  • Demand density
  • Coordinate with vendors for:
  • Installation
  • Commissioning
  • Maintenance



3. Partner & Vendor Ecosystem

  • Identify and onboard:
  • Installation vendors
  • Electrical contractors
  • Channel partners
  • Define:
  • SLAs
  • Pricing frameworks
  • Quality standards
  • Ensure smooth execution and scalability across deployments.



4. Strategy & Market Development

  • Identify high-potential micro-markets such as:
  • Residential societies
  • Commercial clusters
  • IT hubs
  • Build city-level EV charging strategies.
  • Develop innovative business models including:
  • Zero upfront (FOCO)
  • Revenue sharing
  • Subscription-based charging



5. Operations & Customer Experience

  • Build operational processes for:
  • Installation lifecycle
  • Payment & settlement
  • Complaint resolution
  • Monitor:
  • Charger uptime
  • Utilization
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Drive continuous operational improvement.



6. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with:
  • Tech team (Product & Platform)
  • Operations team
  • Leadership team
  • Provide market and ground-level insights to shape:
  • Product roadmap
  • Pricing strategy


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 37 years of experience in:
  • EV charging
  • Solar
  • Electrical infrastructure
  • Real estate
  • B2B sales
  • Strong experience in:
  • Channel development
  • Network rollout
  • Multi-stakeholder deal-making
  • Comfortable with:
  • Field sales and execution
  • Ambiguity and ownership-driven environments


Must Have Skills

  • Deal negotiation and closure
  • Stakeholder management (RWA, corporate, and vendors)
  • Basic understanding of electrical infrastructure and load concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and execution mindset


Good to Have

  • Experience in the EV ecosystem
  • Experience working with:
  • Real estate developers
  • Facility management companies
  • MBA preferred (not mandatory)
