Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Management Intern based in Kochi, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Business Management Intern will assist in business planning, conduct market research, analyze data, and develop strategies to support business growth. Additional responsibilities include providing customer service support and collaborating with various teams to achieve organizational goals. Competitive stipend will be offered.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
• Proficiency in Business Planning and understanding business operations
• Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively within teams and with clients
• Customer Service skills to address client needs and foster positive relationships
• Problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, managing tasks both remotely and on-site
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proficiency with relevant tools and software is a plus
