Role Overview:

We are looking for a Insights Manager to join our India hub. This is ahands-on rolewhere youll work on turning AI outputs intobusiness insights, presentations, and ROI casesfor Fortune 500 clients. Youll collaborate with your Manager and the US Partner to buildexecutive-ready decksand ensure insights are clear, simple, and actionable.

This role is perfect for someone fromanalytics services firmswho enjoysstorytelling with dataand wants to grow into a more strategic, client-facing role.

What Youll Do:

• Analyze causal AI outputs and convert them intobusiness insights and recommendations.
• Support in buildingscenario models(e.g., reallocating marketing budgets, pricing shifts, sales channel optimization).
• CreatePowerPoint presentations and Excel modelsthat areCxO-ready.
• Work closely with the India Manager and US Partner to deliveron-time, high-quality outputs.
• Learn to connectanalytics outputs to strategic business decisions.

What Were Looking For:

2+ years in analytics, insights, or consulting (CPG, Retail, Auto preferred).

• Strong skills inPowerPoint storyboarding, Excel, and basic analytics interpretation.
• Exposure tomarketing mix, sales analytics, or pricing projectsa big plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability tosimplify complex analytics into one-line insights.
• Comfortable working withglobal teams across time zones.
