Business Development Manager

Were looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our real estate video content creation agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital content, influencer marketing, and brand marketing, with proven experience in consultative sales in Digital Marketing Agency / Influencer Marketing Agency / Marketing or Ad Firm.

Key Responsibilities

Meet prospective clients at our office or their office to understand their business requirements and present content solutions.

Conduct client presentations, handle objections, negotiate commercials, and close high-value deals.

Generate new business through proactive outreach via email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.

Build and maintain relationships with founders, marketing heads and brand decision-makers.

Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, exhibitions and client meetings.

Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and contracts.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.

Stay updated with industry trends across content creation, social media, influencer marketing, and digital marketing.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales in content creation agency, influencer marketing agency, digital marketing agency, creative agency, media agency or advertising agency.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content, and brand marketing.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with client meetings and travelling within the city for business meetings when required.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about content creation and marketing.

Salary : As per market standards + Incentives
