This role is ideal for someone who combinesanalytical thinking, structured documentation, and storytelling, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-ready narratives.

Key Responsibilities

RFPs, RFIs & Proposal Development

  • Lead and supportend-to-end RFP/RFI responses and proposal development
  • Analyzeclient requirements and translate them into structured, compelling proposals
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to gather inputs
  • Developwinning proposalswith clear value propositions and solution articulation
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance in all submissions


Technical Documentation & Content Development

  • Create andmaintainhigh-quality:
  • User guides
  • API documentation
  • Release notes
  • Solution documents
  • White papers
  • Develop structured documentation using standards such asDITA/XML
  • Simplify complex technical concepts intoclear, user-friendly content
  • Ensure version control and documentation governance


Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

  • Work with stakeholders to gather,analyze, and document business and technical requirements
  • Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and process flows
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for engineering teams
  • Support solution design and validation

Solutioning & Pre-Sales Support

  • Partner with Sales teams inpre-sales engagements
  • Contribute to solution design, demos, and client presentations
  • Developsolution narrativestailored to client use cases
  • Support biddefensemeetings and client discussions


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Ensure alignment between client requirements and product capabilities
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Quality & Process Excellence

  • Establish documentation standards, templates, and best practices
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all deliverables
  • Continuously improve proposal and documentation processes


Executive Reporting & Visibility

  • Provideweekly updates to leadership/CEOon:
  • RFP pipeline and submission status
  • Proposal win/loss insights
  • Documentation progress and priorities
  • Key risks, dependencies, and timelines
  • Present insights and recommendations to improve win rates and efficiency


Requirements

Must-Have

  • 812 years of experience inbusiness analysis, technical writing, and proposal development
  • Proven experience inRFP/RFI responses and end-to-end proposal management
  • Strongexpertiseintechnical documentation(user guides, APIs, white papers, release notes)
  • Experience working with structured authoring frameworks such asDITA/XML
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts intoclear, compelling, client-focused narratives
  • Experience across domains such asERP, healthcare, telecom, banking, or AI-driven platforms
  • Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills


Good-to-Have

  • Experience inSaaS, APIs, or integration platformslikeTrustGrid
  • Exposure topre-sales and solution consulting
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture and system integrations
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments
