Role Overview :
We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity across client portfolios and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge creativity with analytics, ensuring consistent brand storytelling while driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute brand strategies for clients across digital platforms
- Define brand positioning, voice, and messaging frameworks
- Collaborate with creative, content, performance, and social media teams to ensure brand consistency
- Manage brand campaigns end-to-end, from concept to execution and optimization
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform decisions
- Monitor brand performance using KPIs such as engagement, reach, sentiment, and conversions
- Oversee brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all touchpoints
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to align brand goals with business objectives
- Identify opportunities for brand growth, innovation, and differentiation
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 36 years of experience in brand management, preferably within a digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, SEO, content marketing)
- Proven experience managing brand campaigns and multi-channel strategies
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with multiple clients or agency background
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
