Were looking for a Brand & Content Manager to lead our brand voice, content strategy, and creative storytelling across digital platforms.

What Youll Do

• Own the monthly content calendar across Instagram and social platforms
• Lead creative direction for shoots, campaigns, and founder-led content
• Write and manage creative briefs for designers, editors, and creators
• Ensure brand voice consistency across all channels and campaigns
• Collaborate with influencers and performance marketing teams
• Track content performance and derive actionable insights
• Support major launches, rebrands, and campaign storytelling

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of experience in branding, content, or social media roles
• Strong writing and storytelling skills in English
• Excellent visual taste and creative judgment
• Experience managing content for growing consumer brands
• Ability to work closely with creators, designers, and marketing teams
• Bangalore-based or willing to relocate

Nice to Have

• Experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or D2C brands
• Familiarity with AI creative tools like Midjourney, Runway, or ChatGPT
• Basic editing or reel creation skills
• Understanding of performance-driven creative content
